The Miyajima Traditional Crafts Center offers cultural experiences for groups. Please review the following guidelines before making your reservation.
▼Application Process
・Official applications for group reservations are accepted via FAX (0829-44-1758) or E-mail (info@miyajimazaiku.com). For inquiries regarding availability, you may also contact us by phone (0829-44-1758).
・Reservations cannot be finalized until the specific type of experience has been decided. Please ensure your group has selected their activities before applying.
・Reservations open at 9:00 AM exactly one year prior to the desired date. We cannot accept or hold requests made before this time. If multiple applications arrive around the opening time (e.g., early morning or the night before), priority will be given to those sent at or after 9:00 AM.

The capacity and duration for each experience are as follows:
【Shakushi Making Experience】
・Capacity: Approximately 40 people
・Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
・Note: For groups of approximately 50 people, it may be possible to accommodate by extending the time.
【Miyajima-Bori Carving Experience】
・Capacity: Approximately 9 people
・Duration: 60 minutes
【Momiji-Manju Making Experience】
・Capacity: Approximately 40 people
・Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
・Note: For groups of approximately 50 people, it may be possible to accommodate by extending the time.
▼Regarding Experience Date and Time
・The center is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We request that groups schedule their start times between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM (Individual guests are scheduled between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM). Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate starts as early as 8:00 AM; please contact us for details.
・For group bookings only, we may be able to open the facility on scheduled holidays. Please inquire individually for availability.
▼On the Day of the Experience
・Payment for the experience fee is by cash lump sum only. We do not accept coupons, credit, or deferred payments. If cash payment on the day is not possible, please consult us individually.
・To ensure coverage under our accident insurance, we require a complete list of all participants. While there is no specific format, please provide a list of names (Hiragana, Katakana, or Alphabetical characters are all acceptable). You may submit this on the day or send it in advance.
・If you expect to be late for your reserved time, please notify us by phone (0829-44-1758). Please note that significant delays without prior notice may be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full experience fee may be charged.

・We do not offer commissions or kickbacks for travel agencies or third-party organizers.
・We cannot store luggage outside of the scheduled experience time.
・Access to the experience venue is by stairs only. There are no elevators or escalators in the facility. Please keep this in mind for participants with mobility concerns.
